Meet Tim & Diane.

Tim and Diane founded Allegiance RV in 2017 with a clear purpose: give RV owners the experience of a seasoned service team and the attention of a smaller business. Tim and Diane invited technicians and staff whose work they had seen firsthand at other dealerships, building Allegiance around proven ability and personal service.
Tim Holston brings 31 years of RV service experience. After becoming a certified marine technician, Tim trained for the RV industry and spent 14 years with one company as a lead technician. Tim earned awards for performance and efficiency and was nominated several times for top technician among more than 90 peers. After serving as a shop foreman, Tim now leads Allegiance’s service department. Today, the work Tim values most is solving difficult diagnostic and electrical problems and helping other technicians develop.
Diane Holston brings experience across RV sales, finance, and dealership leadership. Before opening Allegiance, Diane spent seven years as a top RV sales performer nationwide, eight years as a finance manager, and five years as a general manager. Diane has led day-to-day operations since 2017, with a focus on making customers feel heard, giving honest answers, and getting repairs done professionally. The connection to RV travel began with childhood camping trips alongside parents and grandparents.
Tim writes about RV care, diagnostics, and maintenance in Scout’s Journal. Diane contributes articles on choosing an RV, ownership, and life at the campground. Scout, Allegiance’s eagle guide, brings their notes together.
Tim and Diane know that the next trip can depend on the work done today. Their goal is to care for each coach with skill, communicate clearly, and respect the dates customers are working toward.
